My wife and I purchased a second home in Eagle Point OR. We live out of State and I stumbled on Ashley and LoveOregon quite by happenstance. We bonded over (of all things) our dogs. 

She gave us valuable advice about different directions that we were considering (all before she became our agent) and then she brought us a great deal. This was a complicated sale as it was in probate. Ashley worked closely with us every step of the way to smooth this process and make it all happen.

She has a great, optimistic outlook that was not out of place! When things looked more complicated, she kept me on track with her honest, open communications and her great sense of humor. In the end, all that would not have been enough for me. 

What kicks it over the edge is her vast knowledge of the local real estate landscape, her local contacts, her unmatched professionalism, and her open and honest nature. I do not trust easily but Ashley won my absolute trust at the start of the entire process.

"I met Ashley almost 2 years ago when I started shopping for a new home. She listened to me describe my situation and showed me a few potential homes, always giving me a very insightful opinion of each, many times pointing out features, good and bad, that I had not considered. 

I was grateful for her help, but as it turned out, I had no recent credit history and had trouble getting any lender to even consider me. I stopped looking for a while due to personal issues, and to build up my credit as well.

I have had experience with a total of four agents, two buying and two selling, in central and southern California more than a decade ago. My first represented the seller and buyer (me), and I learned later that my deal was somewhat tilted in favor of the seller. The second, as a seller, was a husband/wife team. It was a generally positive experience, despite both the job market and housing market being in a downturn (also the reason I was forced to sell at the time). Shortly after I had a buying agent that was unremarkable, and finally a selling agent that was positively evil. I still shudder from that experience, nearly went into foreclosure while she tried to manipulate me.

In contrast, Ashley has been absolutely stellar working with me. When I was able to start shopping again, my credit score was still weak, but she connected me with a lender that was able to get me a preapproval. Even with that in hand, shopping was tough; the pandemic had damaged the market, and the recent local wildfires had practically decimated it. There was very little to choose from, especially in my price range, as I am not a rich man.

Even so, Ashley found properties for me to look at. Most had various drawbacks as well as features, and Ashley, as always, pointed them out to me and explained them so I could understand. At no point did she try to push me in any direction, she just explained the pros and cons and asked me what I thought. After touring a number of them (most of which sold anyway shortly after I viewed them) we found one that suited me; we offered list and it was accepted. I have not completely moved in yet, but I am happy with my new home. I was even told by the title company lady that I could turn around and sell immediately and make a profit... not that I would! Ashley found me a gem in the midst of a very miserable market for buyers.

As I said, I am not rich, and Ashley did not make much commission from my purchase. She worked very hard for what little she made from this. She is still helping me even after the sale, and her advice is valuable to me. Anyone looking to find an agent that truly cares about her clients, look no further than Ashley. A gem of an agent found me a gem of a home. Too bad I am limited to giving her only five stars, she deserves more."

As a property manager, she is refreshingly precise in choosing the right tenant that fits with what we were looking for. She is very thorough in her inspection before the tenants move in and very thorough afterwards. Her rental agreements are very organized, included everything we could think of and let us review it for additions or omissions. 

She is privy to the most up to date laws for both the tenant and landlord and somehow manages to make both parties happy when entering the agreement. She has a wide range of professional handymen/contractors she works with and since we had an older house, she was always able to find the best deal for the task that needed done. 

During her management we had several issues, as the house is older, and she took them ALL in stride, acted professionally, quickly and gave us several quotes for each job. She went above and beyond on several occasions. Would definitely use her again and HIGHLY recommend her to anyone.
